For over 30 years, we have been letting and managing a wide range of holiday homes on Texel, in and around De Koog. It all began with the conversion of the Badhotel Prinses Juliana into the Juliana apartment complex. The portfolio was expanded to include Villapark Kamperfoelie in De Koog, and the name Exclusief Bemiddeling BV soon emerged. This was because both projects were, at the time, the absolute best in holiday rentals. We now rent out and manage over 160 holiday homes on Texel under the names Texelvakanties and LandhuizenTexel.
Our organisation is compact, with short lines of communication and staff who are committed to making your guests as comfortable as possible, in the broadest sense of the word. Our range of services is extensive yet flexible. Together with you, we determine which services we can provide. After all, letting a holiday home can be a complex and time-consuming process. Keeping track of availability, cleaning and checking that it has been done. Major and minor maintenance, as well as check-in and check-out procedures and being on hand for guests during their stay. LandhuizenTexel is happy to take this off your hands.
We ensure that our guests want for nothing. We offer a comprehensive range of services and maintain a high standard of service. The office is easily accessible, and we operate a 24-hour emergency service after closing time. Our check-in reception is located at Nieuwlanderweg 12a. Our main reception, which also serves as the reception for Texelvakanties, is located in the Juliana apartment complex. Guests and owners are always welcome to drop by here for all sorts of information.
We work with a team of over 20 people, working in reception, the office, inspections, cleaning, grounds maintenance and technical services. For changeovers and winter cleaning, we work with various cleaning companies to ensure continuity. Our own inspection and cleaning checks have an eye for detail and maintain high standards.

Guests check in at our small-scale reception, where there is plenty of space and time for a personal welcome in an intimate setting. In addition, our office with the main reception is easily accessible, and we operate a 24-hour emergency service after closing time.
Through carefully crafted marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google and social media, we attract guests to your property. We actively advertise in multiple languages and countries, with a strong focus on the Dutch and German markets. In addition, we work with a professional marketing agency to ensure your accommodation is optimally visible to the right target audience.
Of course, it’s nice to be able to hand everything over to us, but you also want to get a good return on your investment. LandhuizenTexel charges a commission and ensures the highest possible occupancy rate. A high proportion of guests return to us after their first visit.
