Hi! I’m Ben.

I came to Texel for a single season back in 2018, but I’ve never left.

After 15 years in the hospitality industry, I swapped my tray for a set of tools last November. I now work in the technical department at Texelvakanties and, to be honest? I’ve never felt more at home.
Whether I’m tending a garden or sorting out a tricky fault, I love fixing things myself. I take that passion home with me, where I run our own B&B with my girlfriend. So I know exactly how important a lovely stay is.

As I’ve been here for a while now, lots of people recognise my face, but not yet the man behind the toolbox. I’d love to change that!
