The family houses Texel that you will find in our range are, without exception, equipped with cosily furnished spacious livings with large glass windows that immediately give you the feeling of coming home. The kitchens are spacious so that several people can easily reach everything. Especially when getting up in the morning, it is nice to relax and squeeze your juice while a housemate makes a cup of coffee or a sandwich. Naturally, each accommodation has all the kitchen appliances you would expect in a luxury country house on Texel. Depending on which large Texel family house you prefer, our holiday villas are smoke and/or pet-free or you have the option of bringing one or more pets along. Especially for families with children, it is nice that you can also bring along the dog(s).

To see all that Texel has to offer, one holiday is not enough. Not only is there a lot of history, the little church of Den Hoorn dates back to 1425, and what about the 18th-century Texel family house, 't Walvisvaarders huisje? As for natural beauty, there are also areas you won't find anywhere else. Best known are: tidal area the Slufter and the Wad. For those interested in aircraft and war history, the aviation and war museum, in De Cocksdorp, is a real 'must do'. An event of a totally different order is the Ronde Om Texel. A regatta that takes place annually in June.

Each season, Texel has its own charm. In winter you can get a breath of fresh air along the beach and in spring the island is flooded with bird and seal spotters. In summer, enjoying the warm sunshine, you can cycle from place of interest to place of interest and in autumn, the colourful woods are perfect for a photo walk. If you are unable to bring your own bike, it is no problem. On the island, bicycles are rented in every village. In addition, some of our Texel family houses have bicycles as standard.
